My brother has this nasty rash! please HELP!?!

Question: After my brother returned from a skate session with his friend at the mall, we could see red splotches all over his legs and back. He said he ate pizza that day, but he has before and it never caused him any problems. Anyway, the rash has become worse and consists of red splotches with white/beige bumps on his back, legs, neck (most irritated looking bumps, very red), and face. The bumps range from eraser sized to one large bruise sized bump on his upper thigh. Could this possibly be caused by detergent? Can you offer some practical cures to stop him itching and/or heal the rash? We tried benedryl but it only works for a short amount of time. Sorry if this becomes a lot to read! Thanks for your help!

If this has come on this suddenly and is getting worse by the minute then you need to take him to the emergency room right away!! He is having an allergic reaction to something and they can sometimes get so bad that he might have trouble breathing because his airways will swell closed!! Take any medicines including over the counter drugs that he is taking with you!! And if you have used a new detergent, soap, deodorant, etc. or he is wearing clothes that are new and have not been washed first let them know!! Go to emergency room now!!! Be safe not sorry!! Good Luck!!

P.S. Benedryl is what doctors recommend for this - both the cream and the capsule which you take by mouth!! Doing this was a good first step!! But follow throuh by going to see a doctor!! Make sur you tell them about the benedryl!!

he got it from being around people with prablay perfume or something or he had sex and caught something not trying to be funny
