Help my daughter doesn't like food what can I do?!

Question: After she had heart surgery when she was a baby her apetite never returned I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do to get her apetite back. She fills up on pediasure and I wonder if it is any good for her because she is hyper all the time yet never eats a it really concerns me because she did have heart surgery. She is three, but still I just don't know what to do I'm afraid she would give herself a heart attack for being that hyper.

My first though was that you are filling your child with sugar and addatives. A quick search of the pedisure website confirms my suspicions

To be totaly blunt, if you dont start feeding you child real food, that includes complex carbs, veges, meat and fats, including saturated fats, you are destining her to a shortened life of sickness

This crap is full of all sorts of things that can be causing hyperactivity. Synthetic vitamins and minerals are at best innefective, at worst toxic. We are still learning how vitamins and minerals interact, but nature seems to put the right things together in our traditional foods

A baby needs saturated fats for normal development. This is slowly being acknowleded by authorities, but not to the degree it should be.

This is a prime example of how food processing companies destroy our lives, by perptrating false claims about nuitrtion so as to push their products. Humans survived for 100,000s of years without such **** in their diets, eating simple wholsome foods, but now we mustnt eat those sort of foods, no we have to eat some processed crap.
The results of this are all around us, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, mental disorders, anti-social behaviour, etc.

You will need such things as cod liver oil, homemade bone broths, raw milk if you can acces it and fermented foods to reinstate the gut flora.
The later should be done with assistance from a knowledgable person, because if the gut is full of 'bad" bacteria then large doses of beneficial bacteria can cause terrible symptoms due to the toxins produced as bacteria die.

Steer clear of anyone who wants to feed her chemicals/processed foods or at the other extreme fairy shite and angel wing dust if you know what i mean?
All that is generaly needed is a good wholesome balanced diet

at three she should be eatting and drinking real food get rid of the baby stuff.... and start feeding real food

Sounds like she is filling up on liquids, which can curve hunger. Cut back on the liquids, introduce, fun foods.

Grandma here talking to you about how I got my kids to eat and also my cousin's kids to eat.

Make a small plate with about a tablespoon of meat, veggies, etc. each on it. Set the plate in front of the child for 30 minutes and 30 minutes only.

Plates are easy to rewarm now with microwaves. Put the plate in the fridge, covered, and don't let her have anything else for 2 to 3 hours. Even water!!

Warm the plate or make a new one, your choice. and present it again for 30 minutes.

After a while the baby will eat! When they get hungry they will eat the food presented.

When they eat about half of it, allow some water or milk in a glass. but only about 1/4 cup.

Never use desserts as rewards for doing what you want them to do.

Make the desserts as nutritious as you can. They must have redeeming qualities to be good. And at that, only about 1 tablespoon size servings at a time.

Kids will eat when they get hungry! But you gotta be tough too and not give in to their demands or all they will have is what they want which may not be good for them.

Yeah!! I am a hardhearted grandma!! My grandchildren will tell you just how much tougher I am than their mothers or step mothers!
