Pain bottled up, what will this do to me ?!
Question: I suffer from depression, and severe social anxiety. My anxiety has gotten so worse, I've lost 90% of my friends. I couldnt deal with things. I have mood swings where i go into a depressive stage, and the next two hours I'll be fine. I cant talk to anyone about this, so much hurt is bottled up inside of me. Everyone once in a while I explode and cry for hours on end. Basically I feel like crap all the time. Will it just get worse, will it turn into something more? Please hel =/

it'll get worse. it will not only affect you emotionally, it will affect you physically. Go and find yourself a really good therapist that you can talk things over with. they will probably refer you to a doctor that will run tests and be able to prescribe medication to help. you don't have to suffer. take care and God Bless.

will lead to high blood pressure, wrinkles, damaged kidneys, obesity,
cheer up, look at people that are worse off than you (third world kids), to make yourself feel lucky !!
