Question: I do know what it is roughly but could anyone go into more detail about the symtons and what happens if they dont take their tablets etc? My friend has it and I would just like to know more about it :) thanks

ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) is a psychiatric disorder diagnosed in children. The symptoms sound like the name of the disorder. They have difficulty focusing and paying attention, they are irritable, act out, can't sit still etc. The treatment is with medications like Ritalin, Adderall or Concerta. Therapy is very helpful as well. A psychiatrist should prescribe the meds. If you don't take the meds you will have the symptoms of ADHD.
