If you are not used to drinking coffee, you put your body into a caffine state of shock. And not that you are at work you are starting to come down from the high of the caffine, and that is what is causing your drowsiness, as far as the shaking goes as i said before it was a shock to you system. Coffee has twice the caffine as a can of soda.

sleep at night instead of cramming

too much caffeine... it will cause jitters like that. try eating a light meal and getting some sleep. you should be fine when you wake up.

You've had way too much caffeine, plus you've had no sleep. That adds up to feeling drowsy and shaking.

Eat something to help get the caffeine out of your system. After a good meal, you ought to feel better.

bod;y motabilism mixed up ........if you can't sleep try praying. I know someone is in turmoil, even though you may not know who---Pray... I bet you'll go to sleep after thatl also drink decaf at night. or some great Chamomile [yellow tea-with one teaspoon of honey] it's good and won't hurt your stomach.. Maxwell House coffee ATE a hole in my cement porch, and did not evaporate in 80degree weather!! I still indulge- thinking i clean my pipes out with the stuff!
