bleeding time is the time required for the wound to stop bleeding and it depends upon the integrity of platlets who form a plug to stop the bleeding, capillary function etc whereas coagulation time is the time taken for the blood to coagulate and is dependent on the coagulation system which comprises of various factors like prothrombin, factors 7,8 etc

I would think so, coagulation is the consistency of the blood.
