Yes it is possible. The more you are exposed the higher tolerance you will have. This is the reason children need to play outside and in the dirt, it builds up resistance. If you never let your children play outside and do not allow them to eat foods produced in your area they will be sick now and as adults.

Yes. It is possible, but that doesn't mean that you should disregard any safety measures.

It is possible to build up an immunity to almost anything. There's a guy in town who can withstand the bite of a rattlesnake without anti-venom. It still sucks to get bitten, though.

You can build up an immunity to poison, too. It's stupid, but it's possible.

What do you think vaccines are for? To give you a resistance to certain common diseases.

there are many different strains of ecoli, one that lives full time in your own bowel. The dangerous strain is ecoli H5N1, and it is found in beef that has been improperly slaughtered in unsanitary conditions. As long as you don't ingest any of the manure, and wash before eating, you would have no reason to be infected, but as to building an immunity, no, that bacteria is virulent, and people have suffered with infection more than once.
