Tonsillitis and oral sex?!
Question: I had oral sex with a woman i really don't know and 2 days later i had a horrible case of tonsillitis. i can't eat, even though i'm starving cause the pain is too bad. i went to the doctor and got the antibiotics, etc, but is there a chance that the cause was the oral sex?
not the first time i've had oral, but it's the first time i've had tonsillitis and all these "herpes" results on google are worrying me...

The only way to know if you have herpes is to have a blood test. I will tell you that if the doc diagnosed tonsillitis, it looks really, really different from herpes. Herpes looks like cold sores - little holes in one place, or all over the place -- in your mouth/throat. Tonsillitis looks like, well, the picture below.

if thats the case i would of had my tonsils out a long time ago.i dont belive that has anything to do with it.the herpes a good posibility.
If the drugs don't clear it up, go back to the doctor and tell him what you did, if you didn't before.
