Discoloration?!

Question: I have discoloration on center of my stomach. The discoloration starts just below my chest. It had stopped and not it started again. Is this a major problem? What is causing it?

you might need to go to the doctor and get it checked....I studying skin disorders in my Allied Health class and my teacher said that things like that can be serious...
