If I were to make ONE change in my acne treatment...which one? 10pts best answer!

Question: I currently, in the morning use Cetaphil Face Wash and Clindamycin Lotion then Neutrogena Healthy Skin Makeup....at night, Cetaphil Face wash, Differin .1% Gel, and Clindamycin Lotion...this was recommended by a dermatologist....she told me to switch from Bare Minerals makeup to the Healthy Skin Makeup (Neutrogena)....My skin is a little oilier though now, so if I were to make one switch, which one would continue to help out my acne (which is still bad after 5 months of Differin, we just added the clindamycin a couple of weeks ago) so should I switch from the Cetaphil face soap/wash to Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash, or should I switch from Differin Gel to Retin A Gel? Which would help out my acne the FASTEST and most effectively?

I would steer clear of Retin A if you plan on spending ANY time in the sun. It will wreak havoc on your skin even worse than what you may be dealing with now. At least it did on my sister's arms...
Maybe just try an all natural regime???

Good Luck!

Go back to bare minerals, try the Skin Culture USA products

Sounds like you need to give your skin a break! Man! all those treatment, try a warm wash cloth, a refining toner, and a mild moisturizer. It works for me. Sometimes all that stuff can work against you. If the Differin hasnt worked in 5 months sounds like it not going to. Give your skin a break!!
