I think it takes about 3 months for you to start feeling the benefits. Before that you are just concentrating on quiting and will simply not notice. I smoked for about 15 years and after 3 months my circulation had improved dramatically...no more cold hands and feet. My sense of smell and taste improved and I lost that annoying little bedtime cough I had developed. My skin wasn't as dry or pale. And I didn't smell like an ashtray lol!! but I noticed those who did.....All in all you simply feel better. Apart from smoking I am quite healthy and active but for others they will notice more difference than I did in that respect. Well done

yes you will!! your sense of smell and taste will improve, you will be able to breath better. you will sleep better. everything that is wrong now due to smoking will begin to feel better!!
