Hand Foot & Mouth now other problems?!
Question: My 2 years old has been diagnosed with this by her doctor today. She's had it since monday but the pain started today, anyway since she has had this I have noticed that when she is asleep she jumps a lot and I mean a lot. Like every 30/40 seconds. they are big jumps, earlier she nearly fell off the sofa.She doens't wake up when she it happens.
Is this connected and what is making her jump anyway? Should I be worried?

Meningitis is a rare complication of HFM that should be ruled out.
