Its almost impossible to avoid expression lines unless you have trained yourself not to immediately reflect emotions in your face. This is something common to a lot of asians and especially the chinese.

Either way, whether you always express joy or anger, you will have facial expressions lines. I tend to like my expression lines (surprised).

you squint too much also can be a cause of it is age, sun exposure, smoking etc..
