Purple Mole???!

Question: I have a few moles (and freakles) on my body. On my stomach, around my chest, and on my back. I'm fine with that...sort of. It could be worse and it's cute sometimes. But I do have a problem with red purple-y ones! What's going on?

Please see a dermatologist (skin doctor) if you have not seen one. I have the same things. Several were pre-cancerous spots and he removed them. It's best to get an experts advice and be sure of what they are.
