Tired all the tiime?!

Question: I am tired all the time. I have no energy whatsoever. If I did not have to go to work I would be happy sleepin all day. I don't know whats wrong with me. I know I do not eat right because I cannot afford a lot of food so I only eat once a day. I also work evenings so my sleep patterns are weird. What could be wrong with me?

Stress related and malnutrition.

Really suggest you eat more than once a day or spread your eating pattern out just a bit so you eat less but more often.

Do not drink and get addicted to caffeinated drinks, these will only destroy your immune system slowly until you drop, and will not help when you have to detox off caffeine.

sounds to me like stress ! you need to start taking time for yourself and doing things that bring you happiness ! then you will feel better ! trust me ! butcher......

yes i agree with butcher.. along with stress is depression.. sounds like your going through a hard time.. hang in there

Sounds like a lack of B Vitamin...
Start eating and taking better care of yourself.

this same thing happened to me before and my grandma told me to go to my docter and tell him because they give you medicine for more iron and it will give you more energy..i am not sure if that is the same thing but you could try asking your doctor that might help..

Energy drinks really can help you sometimes... when I am stressed out and have low energy because of my job (I only get about 4-5 hours of sleep a day) energy drinks do help. i also do not eat much so the energy from the drinks does help. Just do not drink too much.

This usually means you have a lot of stress. Just try to gt more hours of sleep and try to eat the healthiest meal possible, lack of food can really contribute to this sleeping frenzy (if you can not afford food, there are many food pantries where you are allowed to just take food from, schools such as my own donate money to them).

I agree with, the stress, even possible depression comments.
It could be medical also, see a Dr.
Also you say, you have only enough money to eat once a day.
See if you can get public assistance. Or even try a public service group to help get you some food help.
1 meal a day is not good, for nutrition, or your health.
All the best to you!
