Bumps on upper arms ! Help ?!

Question: For the last few years I've had these small bumps on my arms [upper]. They are on the outside of my upper arms. They're NOT itchy, not small, pink and visible. What are they and how can I get rid of them ??

"Keratosis pilaris (KP) is a very common genetic follicular condition that is manifested by the appearance of rough bumps on the skin and hence colloquially referred to as "chicken skin" as well as "meat bumps". It most often appears on the back and outer sides of the upper arms (though the lower arms can also be affected), and can also occur on the thighs and tops of legs, flanks, buttocks or any body part except glabrous skin (like the palms or soles of feet). Less commonly, lesions appear on the face and may be mistaken for acne." From wikipedia.org

I have them too.

I have no clue. Just go and see a dermatologist. Im pretty sure they can help...

use a bath scrubbee and a moisturizing body wash. it's just dry skin

my friend and her brother both have those. i forget what they're called but they're kind of a genetic thing. see your dermatologist, its treatable with medication

don't worry, if it is what i think it is, its very minor
