Really bad dry mouth, nausea, loss of appetite, exhausted?!
Question: I have had these symptoms for about 3 days now. I woke up this morning with the same symptoms but I have a headache now too. It sounds like i'm "coming down" with something but it doesn't seem like it. Anybody know what could be the cause or have any suggestions?

It might just be a passing "bug" or even an infection. I would stay out of school/work, drink fluids and get rest. If it does not get better, it may be more serious. I had nausea and loss of appetite, I thought it was simply my period, and it turned out to be a kidney infection...
Just make sure you get to the doctor if it doesn't go away on its own.
It could also be the flu...that's what it sounds like.
Post party seediness?
Dehydration?
Allergy? Food sensitivity.
Pining for someone or something.
Please go see a doctor if it lasts another half day..
