I've been using Benzamycin in the morning and Retin-A at night for almost a month, and I've seen results. I have the same skin as you, so I think Benz gel is a good product. My skin is not completely clear yet, but it does take time. If you read the directions (the paper) it tells you it takes about six weeks for your skin to see a lot of improvement. One week my skin has been clear, then I'll have a bunch of small whiteheads. Whatever you do, don'tpick at your skin and just let the stuff work its magic. The third and fourth weeks should be the worst. It goes on clear and then dries a little chalky. Mine is mixed up just fine, and I'm sure yours is too. I think the first time I used it, it didn't burn. But each time I use it my skin gets red and it burns a little. Just keep with it!
