If I am physically fit, but I have relatives who have high blood pressure, am I !

Question: If I stay physically fit, in the future am I still in risk if my dad's bloodline has high blood pressure? Most of my uncles, aunts, and grandma have high blood pressure.

I know this is a long ways to think about because I am only 21, but just wanted to know. Thanks
