Question: you know how accutane drys out your skin alot.....welll idun get it i thought that dry skin could acctually cause acne. So if accutane dries out your skin too much will it not work??

My skin was terribly dry already before starting Accutane, and it basically made me peel like a snake. I tried tons of different acne medications, but Accutane was the only thing that cleared me up for good.
From my experience, the dry skin from Accutane did not hinder it's effects in the slightest. It's just annoying.
Acne is from oil on your skin, so no. Accutane helps to dry out your skin so the oils don't get absorbed.
why not try the new one in skin so silky.this might help you.
