little blurred vison

lower lright shoulderblade hurts
some sensitive to light and noise/not all the time
some headaches
i dunno what it could be...gastratis, GAD, hyperthyrodism, mono, diabites, pinched nerve... the list could go on. i would like to know what you think..

Many of the signs and symptoms you described are associated with activation of the part of the nervous system called the Sympathicus. It is often activated when a person is in a stressful tense situation, which is exactly what I think you're going through.
Consult your MD and start analysis, eliminating one by one. Narrowing it down to several diagnoses will definitely help you calm down and rationally find the right treatment.
some symptoms sound like your getting ready to have a stroke,but it could be anxiety.
I would suggest going to see a doctor, it could be depression, bipolar, diabetes, drugs, etc... you have described at least several hundred things that it could be. A good check up and blood work should be able to narrow it do for you!!
