I dont know if i have a scar or pimple inside my nose???!
Question: just yesterday, the inside of my nose started to hurt a lot, like every time i stretch my face, it would always stretch the pimple or scar or idont know what and it would burn!!
i dont know if i have a pimple or scar in my nose...my mom said it was a scar because of the dry weeather were having and its making the inside of my nose dry from breathing it inn soo much, or idk if its a pimple. There's these bumps in my nose (only in one nostril) or i dont know what they are. PLease tell me what they are and how to get rid of the pain for a while...at least for tomorrow...PLEASE HELP!!

I can't really tell from what you wrote but i have experienced two things:
1. pimple in the nose - hurts a lot but goes away pretty quickly, especially if you manage to squeeze it - not recommended by dermatologists and tricky to do but the pain goes away
2. dry broken skin in the nose due to cold weather and/or heating/air con - also really really hurts but there is no bump, just flaky skin
go see a doctor
Sounds like a pimple to me. You can buy some over the counter pimple creams such as Neutragena's On-the-Spot Acne cream, but otherwise you just have to wait it out. It will go away sooner if you dont pick at it.
I hate to tell you this, but it's probably mucus gone wrong in your nose..dried up..stuck to inside of your nose. I've had that before. Hurts like hell..get some nose spray/saline spray..spray it up in there..soften it up a bit and try to pick it off..you'll be left with a sore spot but it will eventually heal.
or.. Go see your Doctor (probably go see the Doc)..

IT COULD BE A COLDSORE WHICH IS REALLY INFECTIOUS ....SO DONT PICK IT, YOU NEED TO SEE THE DOCTOR COS I KNOW YOU CAN GET CREAMS FOR IT BUT DONT THINK THEY CAN BE USED INTERNALLY LIKE UP THE NOSE.
IT MAY JUST BE A SPOT , BUT IF YOU START FIDDLING WITH IT YOU CAN SPREAD IT TO YOUR FACE AND ONCE YOU HAVE A COLDSORE THEY WILL ALWAYS RE-OCCUR
