I am on nystatin and took alcohol?!
Question: Ok so I took nystatin for my oral thrush, totally forgot and had ONE BABY SIP like not even a tablespoon of rum.. Im not sure if I was supposed to drink alcohol with this medicine.. am I gonna die!?

That is not going to have any effect.........If you are concerned, drink a glass of water to severely dilute what ever you drank.
What you ingested is similar in volume to using mouthwash........
OMG, no, you're not going to die. A sip of anything isn't going to kill you.
You won't die, but alcohol and antibiotics DON'T mix. Don't drink while taking antibiotics unless you want three days of hangover and feeling sick to your stomach constantly. It is a combo that makes you wish you could die, but you won't.
However, I don't think one baby sip would hurt....just don't put it to the test!
You'll be fine it prolly just washed the nystatin off your tounge it's suppose to sit for on the tounge for a bit. I'm sure you wont die but you might have to do another dose of nystatin.
