Blood in urine...help?!

Question: It only happened once, and it wasn't much, and I'm only 13. It was a day ago and it hasn't happened since. What should I do? I don't think it's that big of a deal if it only happened once... I read on WebMD that, "Several conditions can cause hematuria. Most of the causes are not serious. For example, exercise may cause hematuria that goes away in 24 hours." I think I might have had that 24 hour bloody urine. Any ideas?

possible Ut infection, have parents take u to dr and have bladder and kidneys checked for infection.

There's no way to know what happened without having a sample of the urine and a history of your symptoms and activities around the time you had the problem. Whatever the cause, its has to be something that comes and goes in less than 24 hours. There's not much point in worrying about unless it occurs again.

are you sure you didnt eat some beet ? coz it's tainting urine in red...

check with your doctor.you might have a bleeding ulcer in the stomach that might trigger this.

your kidneys are not dialysing your blood properly and the blood is getting into the bladder. it doesn't look good dude
