Sounds like the onset of the flu. Get a lot of rest, drink lots of fluids, if your not hungry, don't force yourself. Don't over exert yourself. Take aspirin or Tylenol. Take something for your throat like cough drops to keep from getting a sore throat. If you do run a fever then see your doctor.
The flu can and does turn to serious problems like pneumonia.
