Answers: It's Usually when my nose feels dry or really congested

That you have allergies and you need to keep away from dust and if you have old pillows that you might use that look like they are very pourous with big notches in it and it can collect some major dust than stay away from it and anything like it

this usually happens in the morning due to nose bleeds in the inner nose(further up the nose) so it wont come out until u blow ur nose

yea ...its due to dryness....
if its not serious bleeding ..den its kinda normal ..
if it gets more prominent tym aftr tym den go to a doctor ..
else its normal ..nthin serious

Usually its from dryness. Try using a humidifier in the room where you sleep. It puts moisture into the air and should make a huge difference for you.

It's probably the dryness in your home. If you live in a cold climate, you are running the furnace now. Dry air all night long. Try a humidifier.

I have had this happen to me several times.. It is due to dryness.. but there are other alternatives other then a humitifier and using moistrizing sprays up the nose.

The problem for me was blood vessels close to the surface of the inner nose. Which are easily busted open due to dryness or with a little aggitation. The Nasal sprays humitifiers I found them to be a band aid... the imbarrasing issue of nose bleeding would happen a lot while I was out in public or at work.

My solution was going to an Ear Nose and Throat doctor and with a simple proceedure that is handled in the office at time of the visit they place a carterizing solution in the nostral(s). It makes scare tissue over the existing site where the vessels are being exposed giving you more of a protection barrier to prevent the nose bleeds all together.

Hopefully this helps you. I can tell you from my experience that it was the best thing I could do for myself, because mine was so bad that it would take a while for the bleeding to stop.

You already answered your own question. Your nasal passages are too dry, so at night you will need to either get a vaporizer, humidifier, or simply put a big bowl of water near your heater so it will evaporate and give you some relief.
