In hypertension, nusing diagnosis is: risk for/ decreased cardiac output related!
Question: or any better nursing diagnosis substitutes?
Answers: or any better nursing diagnosis substitutes?
can't you use the diagnosis in "risk for" nursing diagnosises? I'm not sure actually, i'd move on to another one if you are having to work so hard to make this one fit.
I have CCU experience and i'm not sure. Hey, just so you know, once nursing school is over you won't have to do these anymore, no matter what your instructors tell you. lol.
i would maybe say: risk for decreased cardiac output related to increased vascular resistance. see how that one flies. honestly, it's been years since i did one of these.
maybe r/t
- increase vascular resistance
- decreased ejection fraction
- left ventricular hypertrophy
