Hiya,how long does it take to grow back?!
Question: hiya,my 9yr old is having treatment and due to have her hair shaved,just wondered how long if anyone had any idea,would it take to grow back?she has a bob now,just above sholder legnth?thank you

After chemo ends, my hair always takes almost exactly 6 weeks to grow back. It'll start with really soft fuzz that feels really nice and it will gradually get thicker. It may grow back darker or wavier than before, mine did. I'm wondering what it will be like when it grows back this time!

After all treatment is complete it usually takes a month or two for the hair to start coming in.

When the treatments are finished.
it will take about 3 months to get a very short hair
hair grows different for everyone
but i believe about an inch every 2-3 months
in about 8-12 months it will be looking more like she
will like it to look like.
also i have heard when it grows back it is different
like if if used to be straight if could be wavy or even curly
had a friend and she like her hair better after the treatments.
and she never got a wig she wore her bald head with pride
It took me a year for it to reach my shoulders after treatment. It started coming in 6 weeks after my last chemo.
My hair has been growing for a year and it is about 5 inches. It all depends on the person and how fast their hair normally grows.
