maybe your allergic to air.

get some cortico steroids in ointment form from your doctor.

maybe exzema? go to your doctor and ask why. i remember i use to have this and they gave me a creeme which i used for a year or so. then i just grew out of it i guess and im all good now. so go

go to a dept store and buy some Aveeno bath oil. this will for sure take away that ltch

when taking a bath add a handful of bicarbonate of soda to it.

If it is on your face maybe your local water is too hard,if so buy a bulk pack of bottled water and wash with that and a non-perfumed glycerin based soap/

perfumes, dyes, chemicals and other additives in our body washes, shampoos, clothes detergent and body lotions can cause allergic reactions; sounds like u have sensitive skin, so the first thing to try would be hypoallergenic 'sensitive skin' types of lotion, shampoo, body wash, and detergent (i use All Free n Clear, a hypoallergenic shampoo, and an unscented sensitive skin lotion)-

(i have a buddy that works at a car detail shop, and if he spruces up the interior of the car, i actually get hives on my hands from touching the steering wheel while driving, because he uses chemical cleaner-chemical sensitivities might also explain what's going on with u)

claritin blocks allergic reactions, so most likely you will find chemicals that u are allergic to in the products u use now
