Your symptoms are quite interesting. You will not get a proper diagnoses here. You need to go see your doctor. Tingling of the extremities is called a neuralgia. (means your nerves hurt) it is not normal; that coupled with your dryness would lead me to believe that you really should make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as you can.

maybe they just fell asleep.. if it keeps continuing, hurting this way you might want to talk to a doctor about it...

Sometimes when you hyperventilate you get too much oxygen in your blood which can cause tingling in you fingers and toes If that is the case then try breathing into a paper bag of some sort and see if it go away or maybe it could be some kind of pinched nerve. If it's not hyperventilating I would defiantly go see a doctor

I think what you have is Morton's Newroma. I think that's what it's called but it's caused when you wear tight shoes and when your on your feet alot. This condition will never probably get better, but you can wear non-tight shoes and flat shoes. I hope this helps...

Numbness of the toes generally is a result of conditions that affect the nerves and/or blood vessels that supply the foot. Numbness of the toes is often associated with tingling. This is referred to as paresthesia of the toes.

depends on the tinglnessiness. I have dry skin, mouth, etc. too, and sometimes i get tingly. It hurts! but not like i need medical stuff at all. It's just that that part of my body has fallen asleep. nothing to worry about, it goes away. of course, you might have a different tingly feeling than me.

it could be a nerve in your back. if it ets pinched or inflamed, it could cause itching, tingling, or burning in your extremities.
