Answers: my cheecks are really read and burning hot!!! am i ?

I think if your cheeks are swelled, and warm and red, this sounds most likely like a food allergy.

a food allergy is when your good germs think the food is a bad germs, and sets off an allergic reaction to kill it.

That is why you look like that, because it is your body's defense. BUT, because there is nothing harmful to defend agaist, the reaction isn't necessary.

SO, to reduse the reaction, a general over-the-counter antihisthemene will help. The most common is Benadryl, which can be used as the reccomended dosage.

To help you feel better, drink water or juice, lie down, or take a cool shower, and lay a cool and moised hand cloth over the back of your neck.

My sister had a very bad allergic reaction to oregano before, and boy did she puff up! She got hives from it. We called 911, but they just gave her Benadryl. So you don't eed to go to the hospital, because they'll just tell you what i told you.

Have you ever eaten that before or is this your first time?
I'll answer back!

if you have over the counter benadryl and aspirin, take 2 of each, this will help with the allergic reaction of most things, its the same as the shot you get at the Dr, can be repeated ever 3-4 hrs
but to be safe side if you really feel its a allergic reaction, should be hives, swelling, possible hard the breath then go to hospital at once
