You can try applying some acne treatment with benzoyl peroxide in it. That seems to be the best over-the-counter treatment for acne.
Other than that, have a friend help you put makeup on over the blemishes to make them less obvious. Remember to use a green foundation over any really red zits to neutralize the color before you put skin-colored foundation over it!
