I have this spot on my nose?!
Question: i think its a black head but it wont go away its been like a month and a half and i cant squeeze it i try and its just in the hardest position it almost like a hole u can stick a pin in it and go under the skin very small ive even tried useing duck tape nuthin what is it please help

try a blow torch
take a picture of it.it maybe a nevus,melanoma, hard to say without a pic
