Yes.

Try sleeping on your side rather than your back. Also try to some stress relief techniques. I used to get hag ridden quite frequently until I tried those techniques. See a neurologist if it persists.

Interesting!
I don't think you should be worried about it.
It happens when you are dreaming and you getup but half sleep( not fully awake). You want to move but can't.
Let see if I can find some link to explain with terminology:
Sleep paralysis is a condition characterized by temporary paralysis of the body shortly after waking up (known as hypnopompic paralysis) or, less often, shortly before falling asleep (known as hypnagogic paralysis).

Physiologically, it is closely related to the paralysis that occurs as a natural part of REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, which is known as REM atonia. Sleep paralysis occurs when the brain awakes from a REM state, but the bodily paralysis persists. This leaves the person fully aware, but unable to move.
** After I had few times, I realized the state and I practiced myself to be awake at that state of time and opened the eyes. You may sleep with night light on if you get bad .
dreams. I also believe it can happen due to stress. Try to have peaceful time 1/2 an hour before you sleep.
Hope it helps.
