OK...I have a "sway" back...and have NOT had any serious problems?!

Question: with it....yet....Sometimes i get a stiff lower back and ibuphrophen relieves it...I am middle aged and what will my back be like approximately when i am in my 70's...??? HELP!!! iT JUST STIFFENS UP.....EVERY SO OFTEN...any ideas???

well try going to see a massage therapist and a chiropractor, they can straighten your back and help you to learn how to keep it from becoming "sway" again
