Anybody ever have low grade changes with a pap smear?!
Question: ever since my daughter was born, i have been having to have a pap every 6 months because it keeps showing up low grade changes so my doctor is keeping an eye on it, and trying to get it to stop on its own so i dont have to have whatever pracidure they do done, aslo the nurse told me to try eating better, and i have been i have lost 20lbs since i was last in, i got in for my 3rd test monday, i am nervous, and really hopefull that it is gone, what will happen if its not, what do they do? and do you think that me eating better and losing weight may have really helped get rid of it?

The next step would be a colposcopy which is where the Dr looks at your cervix with a microscope & can choose at that time to do cryotherapy (freeze off abnormal cells), take a biopsy (deeper tissue sample), or do nothing further.
