It is EXTREMELY rare for someone your age to have breast cancer, beyond rare.

Many women have naturally lumpy breasts, and yours are still developing. Most breast lumps are NOT cancerous.

From what you say, this is more like a pimple (although not oozing pus), and that is not how breast cancer lumps appear.

There will almost certainly be an innocent explanation, but you need to see your doctor so that you can stop worrying.

I assume from your spelling (mum) that you live in the UK; I don't think there's any reason why you can't make a doctor's appointment for yourself, so try that.

lump alwys indicate sign of malignancy,,u hv to tell ur mother

It sounds like this lump is on the skin surface. It should be looked at, but does not sound like breast cancer, if that is what you're worried about. Can you go to a school nurse and have her look at it? Don't let it go.

It i probablly a cyst. At your age you need not worry about breast cancer, but if you are worried get a doctor to have a look.

Go see a doctor! have it checked, if they hint at testing it/drawing fluid off it DO IT. It sounds like your talking on or just under surface, but regardless if they talk about removing it DO IT, A small scar is better then a lump even if your 14, scars tend to fade over time. Don't just hope it goes away. My first wife had a small lump, surface; that her doctor said was just a cyst but she might concider removing when she was an early teen, but he said he wasn't greatly worried about so she didn't remove it, and Unfortunetly that is why she was my first wife, had she gotten it removed who Knows, she might still be here.
Not trying to scare you, but better safe then deal with it later in your life.

any lump should be seen to by a Dr. what ever your age. you say you cant tell your mum, so can you tell your dad? or auntie ? any family member that you trust. You most likely can go to the practice nurse who will advise you . It is very unlikely that at your age you ave breast cancer, but you need to be breast aware all your life,so checking is a very good habit to get in to regardless. good luck
