hm, this sounds like a possible contact dermatitis that probably has something to do with the condom.
Did the condom have a spermicide? Sometimes that can cause a mild chemical burn like reaction in sensitive people. It can also be a reaction to the lubricant, or lack thereof.
Reaction to latex can worsen with routine exposure, so that can not be ruled out as well. Go here for more info:

Then I want you to go here and look at irritant contact dermatitis and then allergic contact derm.

If this does not improve in a day or so, you need to go to the Dr. and in the meanwhile, I def. recommend that you change your condoms ASAP! Try to find some that are not latex, and avoid the spermicide for now. ok?
You might want to avoid using latex until you can get the skin test for the allergy.
You absolutely need to tell your doctor about this episode no matter what.. if you are developing a latex allergy, the sooner that is known, the better! You can get a skin test to check this.
Good luck, I hope this helped, not to sound like I want you to torture yourself, but try some ice on the area to see if that helps, possibly an advil to relieve the pain. If the area worsens (becomes more swollen or more painful, you see bleeding, blistering or a discharge or you develop a fever) go to your doctor right away!

maybe you have thrush (yeast infection)

allergy to latex? Might be the same condom company but the recipe for the materials might have changed some.

Weeeeell what you can do is not rely on yahoo answers and go get that **** checked out. hope you're fine.

Get checked out!

You really should get it checked out. It may be nothing but its always safer to find out

if your going to get it checked out go while the symptons are still present, more likely to get a accurate answer, then trying to describe it when their is nothing there, and who knows maybe you can avoid being stuck with a needle and paying for lab work, to try to eliminate possibilities then too.
