Please help.....Need to find an Italian Language Diatetic Cookbook?!

Question: For a friend of mine who's unfortunately been diagnosed with Stage I, diabetes. She is a spirited Italian woman who cooks fantastically but has difficulty reading the English Language. I have been researching this for 2 days without resolve. I can find some sites for Italian language cookbooks, but their preface is written in Italian, so I don't understand it. What I am looking for is an Diabetic Cookbook, written in the Italian Language with the preface in English, so I know what I am getting. Thank you very much!

Do you mean "Preface in English" inside the book, which it's almost impossible, or are you talking about an English description (on the website that sell it) of a book written in Italian?
You could search for a book written in Italian on an English-language bookstore using "cucina" or "ricette" or "ricettario" along with "diabetici" as keywords on their search engine.
Otherwise should be more useful asking advices for some specific books people personally now.
This is an Italian website (so with Italian books as well) also available in English but the descriptions of Italian books are still in Italian: https://www.deastore.com/index.asp (choose "Inglese" on the left)
Using "ricette diabetici" "ricettario diabetici" "cucina diabetici" the results you get are ALL cook books for diabetics.

The problem with most "Diabetic CookBooks" is that they contain way too much high carbohydrate content. It doesn't matter what language they are printed in.

I recommend "Atkins Diabetes Revolution" It is printed in most languages. It will help her to understand the nature of this disease and why we must control the carbohydrates in order to control the glucose levels.

Sources of Carbohydrates are all foods grown in the ground, the worst for diabetics being grains, cereals, starchy vegetables, and soft sweet fruits.

You won't be wrong getting any of the Atkins books for her!
