Faucet water problem.?!
Question: i was at my friends house..he told me not to drink the water (its well water)...so i didnt but i did wash my face with it later on...now my face is red and broke out? was it minerals in the water or bacteria or what that casued my face to break out?

Why did he say to not drink the water? It might be that the filter (outside in the pump line) needs to be changed.
If something is contaminating the water like say a farmer sprays his fields with pesticides, the rain would wash this into the ground, down to the water. But you also have to take into consideration that while the pesticides are moving down, they are also being filtered by the layers of earth. This should not cause a problem unless the well was dug too shallow.
