Dry skin and cracks on my finger tips?!

Question: How do you help heal them quickly, or prevent them in the first place?

Superglue the cracks shut. When they are not exposed to the air, they will stop hurting.

Keep your skin soft with lotion, or rub in some petroleum jelly daily.

Clean the feet with warm water, so that no dust particles r left out.
Apply Vaseline gently.
Cover the feet with socks.

You need to keep your hands and fingers as moisturized as you can. First, you should wash with a mild soap. Second, using a thick moisturizer such as Eucerin cream, Cetaphil cream, or Vaseline petroleum jelly, as many times as you can during the day. Also, dermatologist recommend to moisturize well before bed and then wear soft cotton gloves (from the pharmacy) to seal in the moisture, can help heal the skin. You could also use an Rx, such as Triamcinilone cream to help help heal the cracked area if a dermatologist or md thinks it can help. Try to protect your hands from the cold air as that dehydrates the skin very quickly.

There is a new product out on the market its called gennie salve. It is a great moisturizer it works on dry skin chapped lips , eczema, and even pimples :) I didn't believe it either but it really does work. Its all natural and it smells like peppermint. Try it I don't think you will be disappointed. You can order it from their website www.genniesalve.com
