Speaking to a lot of GP's that I'm involved with, There have been a number of nasty bugas around this last couple of months. Thought I'd got it myself as I had a lousy head for three days and feeling nauseous, although wasn't actually sick, but mine turned out to be Migraine which I'd never had before and don't really want again. Hope you're feeling better soon.
Drink tons of water to get rid of the virus.

i havnt been able to get around much
as i have the worst headache
a horrible belly ache
and have kept throwing up
best thing is a hot drink
and a nice hot water bottle
and sleep helps with the headache
also a few paracetamols.
there could be, make sure to drink plenty and take paracetamol for the aches and pains. see your doc if it continues but it should go fairly soon f you have had it 3 days already
Headaches for three days is usually called a migraine.
Could it be a migraine? They usually last for afew days.
yes had tht before but i always push myself but thts me hahaa
drink water with honey helps
my daughter has the virus there's so many things going round. drink plenty of water and take paracetamol
