I feel stuffy, I get nasal congestion, i start itching, and my neck and back always feel unfomortable. I wind up cracking them like a hundred times!((exaggeration))

take some Benadryl! Or go to doc sounds like allergies to me. could be seasonal!!
sounds like you are allergic to something, maybe it is your fabric softner or dust? would be a wise to get allergy testing
