u can receive and give oral sex no problem, but forgo the mouth to mouth contact. even with the going below, u should use dental dams and condoms if u want safer sex--pretty sure the risks of contact is rather low though
u can get the infection in ur ''naughty bits'' via ur mouth so u wont be able to go down on her and if u kiss her she could carry the infection to u. so i would say put the oral on hold til ur better. hands is ok though!
Are you guys having oral and not kissing? Plus, strep isnt contagious after the first 24 hours. Just wait
