Is it safe to get a ******** from women with oral herpes?!

Question: If the sex partner has a oral sore, I would not but if the oral sore is not present but if she is a carrier, can I still get genital herpes from the oral herpes of the woman?

Yes, you can still catch genital herpes from her giving you oral sex when she does not have symptoms. The risk is smaller, but it is still there.

I caught genital herpes type 1 from receiving oral sex from a partner that got cold sores, when he had absolutely no symptoms, as did my sister and another of my friends.

70% of herpes infections are spread when no symptoms are present.

Oral herpes hsv-1 is actually the most infectious form of herpes, more than genital hsv-2. Over half of genital herpes infecitons are caught through receiving oral sex these days.

If you have a history of cold sores yourself, it is unlikely you would catch it this way. An hsv-1 infection on the mouth makes the chances of catching hsv-1 genitally extremely low. There is a good chance you have oral hsv-1. 8 out of 10 people are infected with hsv-1 orally, whether they have a history of symptoms or not.

get a what? u can definetly get herpes from having sex or oral sex with some with herpes dont do it use a condom and forget about the oral!

i dont care what anyone says, i believe you can still get that. why, come on, please dont tell me your that desparate. Im not tryin to be mean. Please dont do whatever you want to do with that, let that be, save yourself.

Herpes simplex 1 is like cold sores. simplex 2 is the std. Both of them can be given in either spot.
