Could I have Pneumonia?!
Question: persistant deep hoarse cough...very asthma like, coughing up a bit of mucous
but I also have fatigue, dizzyness, and a slight fever at times

You may just have a slight lung infection hopefully its nothing too serious for your sake yet if you have a humidifier or can borrow one that often helps otherwise steam up your shower and you should find that will help until the morning.
It's a possibility, I'm sure that your doctor will do a chest x-ray and bloodwork that will give you a definite answer. You will take some IV antibiotics and breathing treatments that will help sooo much!
