Ringing in my ears - anybody have anything that works to make it stop?!
Question: I have the same ringing in my ears. I went to an ENT (Physician specializing in the Ear, Nose and Throat) & he diagnosed me with Tinnitis. There is no cure but, cutting caffeine out has hepled me immensely. I would suggest you do the same. Some cases like mine result from loud noise damage to the ear but, other cases stem from medication side effects, blood pressure problems, or other possible medical conditions. Definitely see your Dr. to get a better evaluation of what may be the root cause. Good luck!
