If you have some tolerance for pain, I've had some success with the plantar wart gel. It's basically a weak acid that dissolves the flesh around the warts. Downside is that your skin becomes raw fairly quickly, and you still need to apply it for it to work. Hurts like hell, but very effective.
Did you go to the doctor and have them frozen off with liquid nitrogen? if not thats what you need to do.
Sometimes if they are really bad you have to get them cut out as they will keep spreading.
Make sure you are always wearing socks around the house so you dont spread them to others, or even more onto yourself.
