haha, you can't qualify as a midget, doctors know you are a midget when you are born, it has to do with your body makeup, leg length, etc. You could be 4ft tall and you arent a midget

You must be diagnosed by a doctor. It's not just about short stature. There are numerous other health issues that determine dwarfism.
