Itching problem?!

Question: So i have this weird symptom of itching which has been with me for the last few months. I break out in different areas and the bumps that occur look some what like hives. I only break out when I: 1. Take a hot shower 2. Workout 3. Eat Spicy food (very weird but true)
Everything seems to do with heat but i can not figure out how to fix it. I am 14 years old and i start a new class of Physical Education next week, but i do not know if i will be able to make it through it since i can not finish working out at home with out getting these extremely painful itches. Help would be much appreciated.

it is a fungi disease somewhat like athletes foot but not as bad. Use cortozone 10 plus. It helps but will not get rid of it. Doctors say to use selson blue dandruff shampoo and let it soak in but i dont know if it works. I have the same problem and I went to the hospitol for it

There are so many things you can do, first try Walgreens and see if you can get some creams or talk to your doctor if it doesn't stop because then it could be serious
